Two epic bommie sessions in the same week - it doesn't get better than that! The perfect lines pushing up from the south rendered a couple of breaks almost unsurfable but it popped nicely at Long Reef. This is where I spent all of Monday and Friday shooting the crew of masters and apprentices taking on the bomboras.
The charts put it at 5-6 foot at 16 seconds on Monday but it was at least triple overhead on the sets at Long Reef. Friday morning saw another southerly swell delivering mega overhead size waves on the sets not as big as Monday but spectacular nonetheless. I did a full 360 degree swing around Long Reef discovering new shooting angles along the way.
